The PP&S staff produces events primarily for large crowds functions like conventions, exibition events, and county & state fairs. We will operate personal, guest, and PP&S train collections using personal, guest, and PP&S owned modules. The PP&S is fully self-sufficient and owns all our equipment and accessories. We currently have over 72 linear feet of our own modules with more under construction. We have customized module sections like an inside-outside curve corner module, two full width horseshoe ends, a bridge module, and three dogbone loop ends. We have an RC rail-cam unit, tv, and transmitter. We own an NCE-DCC Pro-R system with a six amp Magna-Force(R) power supply, three NCE cab04er RC controllers, and one NCE RC Pro-Cab. Our custom built power panel controls and monitors DCC on all three mainlines in pit or dogbone loop arrangements and also allows for basic DC operations in pit or dogbone loop arrangements. We are managed by our governing board of directors allowing us to make quick decisions on rules, spending, and business matters. Our bylaws determine duties, elections, rotations, and replacements. Our officers and BOD are the only permanent PP&S members. But our regulars are listed on our Senior Engineers roster and have priority when staffing an event. There will be no regular membership roster or dues at this time. In May 2007, the Colorado Secretary of State's office made us a non-profit corporation. In the future we will upgrade to a 501(c)3. We are not an NMRA division. But we are an NMRA certified 100% membership organization and all participants must be current NMRA members to be covered by the NMRA member insurance requirement at events. The current pool of HO modules in Denver, Colo. Springs, and later Pueblo will soon be compatable. We are working on project “Joint Line" which will allow us to exhibit with other module groups or them with us.
